Hi, I’m Paniz!
Architect by degree, baker by heart. What started as a post-work hobby turned into a true passion—thanks to my mom’s kitchen magic and your sweet support.
From hobby bakes to wedding cakes and pro certificates, I built a small cake studio back home. Now, I am based in Canada (Vancouver), MBA graduate, and a project leader by day, and baker by night and weekends, and baking still has my heart!
